We’re not actually sure. All we know is this: no permanent damage is done to their personal property and they can move their magnet back to where they like it. Hopefully after giving a little thought to our subtle and brilliant message.

It might make some people upset in the same way that tying your shoe on some unknown bumper could set off a conflict, but you're not going to jail or anything.
